Frequently Asked Questions

    Damage, Theft, or Loss Waiver:

Q: What will happen if my original media (e.g. tapes, discs, memory cards, slides, photos, etc) is lost, stolen, or damaged during handling by you?
A: Rest assured that great care will be given to your media containing precious memories. However be aware that by giving your media for processing to me, you are aware that sometimes damage does happen. Damage seldom happens, but if it does, you will be reimbursed with one blank media of equivalent value to the one that was damaged. I understand that the memories on your media are priceless, but problems do happen (e.g. usually a tape is old or wound too tight). I will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damages.
